The Appraiserline network provides real estate appraisal services throughout Illinois. The network layout is based on zip code prefixes. Using the 3 digit zip code prefix where the subject property is located always provides a good reference point. We have created divisions of the network in specific geographic areas to always ensure local appraiser competence. Each division manages a specific pre-determined coverage area.

Appraiserline creates a zone for each appraiser. We take the appraisers address where they live/work from- We then pull a 10 mile radius from that point and make this the appraiser’s zone or pre-determined coverage area.
