The appraiser surveyHow we monitor the networks performance

A request to complete a satisfaction survey is left at every property after the inspection is completed to confirm the property owner’s needs were met and they were satisfied with the service we provided. When the appraiser leaves the property, he or she hands the homeowner a business card with the web address to complete the survey online. If the survey is not received from this method within five days, the survey is e-mailed to the property owner. The third attempt for feedback is made by mail.

The highest rated appraisers in a specified time, for example every 90 days (quarterly), are rewarded with a bonus or gift to acknowledge exceptional performance. The feedback from the surveys are posted on our websites (with the homeowner’s approval) as testimonials.

Appraisers who have the most positive feedback, provide the highest quality appraisal reports and are within 10 miles of the subject property receive the assignments. We market in the areas where the appraiser's are located that provide the highest level of service. Unlike a traditional Appraisal Management Company, we don’t manage appraisers- we market the services of the best appraisers in their local market area.

Surveys help us do better.Satisfaction surveys provide feedback to monitor the networks performance. This allows a more expanded view of how everyone in the network; from the appraisers in the field, to the staff on the phone, is performing. Surveys allow people to tell us what they experienced and how we can do it better. There is always room for improvement and the more we learn, the more we can work on improving the quality of our service. When we get positive feedback confirms that we did what we said we would do, and exceeded expectations, we are getting it right. Positive feedback in all areas is the ultimate goal.
